Ok I think My head is about to explode. I have been reading the comments on a post about the guns in Starbuck debate. The liberal comments are stupod to the extreme. They are all the same thing. Guns are bad and if you have a gun you’re going to shoot someone, or you have a little penis.

Wow they are so original.

The best line was a commenter stated that the IQ of the country was going down.

Well of course, we have had the liberals in charge of teaching our children since the 60 of course were getting stupider.

The rest of the comments are show nothing but pure ignorance of guns. Not even worth engaging.

I was on my way to work and saw a couple bumper stickers on the car in front of me.

On was the “Mean People Suck” and then under that was the “F**K Bush” sticker.

I’m going out on a limb and say this person was a liberal. Because only a liberal would be so blatantly ironic.

This is the group that not a year ago was calling for a new tone.

I am sick and tired of these types of people that want all others to act differently from how they act and then claim some kind of moral superiority.

For the love of all that holy stop comparing the occupy movement to the tea party, for the simple reason there has been no arrest at a tea party, and they cleaned up after themselves.

So all those who try to compare the occupiers to the tea partys, pull your head out of you rear and quite lying.

Big Movement, ya right

So Larry, Yes that Larry Correia, posted this about the occupy movement.

I did see the Salt Lake occupiers and they took up about a quarter of Pioneer park. This park is about one city block. So the whole protest was in a quarter of a block.

Now that’s a movement.

I have to admit that when I was driving by the park I asked myself where the protest was. I had almost driven past before I saw them. Yup a real big movement.

Just like the Tea Party

I also read an article tile (again admittedly did read the article see here)

It talks about the protester that died and the author comments “this was unexpected.”

My question is why is this unexpected?

You have group that is comply dependent on people proving them food and clothing and tents. They are not prepared for cold weather, which here in Utah happens fast. This is also a group without set goals, so why would they be prepared for cold weather.

I’m assuming here that the death was due to the weather, but it fits for other causes too. It was an unprepared person waiting for someone to provide for them.

A child would be another word for such a person, except that I would not allow this kind of behavior from my children.

I hear a lot, "If it saves one life."

Violence again

So again there is a report of violence from the #occupiers.
Again why is this a protest that should be supported?
That’s right the rich are getting richer. Let’s lynch them.
So I want to ask, how are the #occupiers going to take the money from the rich? Pass a law? Right that’s a good idea, everyone else should follow the law, even when you are not bothering with that behavior yourself.

I am really sick of this crap.

I saw these polls this today, and all I can say is wow.

Why is this not leading every news cast? Like it would be if it was Bush?

Just this one story shows that Bush’s wrong track poll was at 82, just 10 point lower than the current polls.

I ask again why is this not leading news?

So sexual assault is so prevalent that Occupy Detroit has a pamphlet to deal with it. Ok reading the pamphlet it doesn’t say ‘don’t call the police’, but I think that something more important needs to be aside.

'What kind of messed up protest are you running where you need to produce a pamphlet like this?

Really you want to lend your name to a movement that has to have a pamphlet for sexual assault?

Peaceful protest

I was reading through this story. I like that the man was able to defend his property with a gun. He didn’t even have to threaten them directly with it. That is an effective tool.

Later in the story it talks about the amount of damage that was done by the protesters. “The city estimated it would cost up to $25,000 to replace broken windows at city buildings.”

So according to another story it says that the occupiers have over 500,000 in the bank. My question is where do the businesses send the bill? The occupiers did the damage, and I don’t care if it’s a small group of them, the movement should have to pay. The bill should be sent and sent until it is paid.

Tell me again why these people shouldn’t be call terrorist?

They are just like a Tea Party aren’t they?

Fast and Furious

So l have been listening to stories about Fast and Furious. You know the program where the ATFE oked the sale of guns to known straw buyers so they could be taken into Mexico, well you might not know depending on were you get your news.

One of the new leftie talking point that this program is just like George Bushs program. I guess they think this will stop critics.
OK fine we will go with this for the sake of argument.
So what they are saying is that Obama is using another one of Bushs policy? This along with gitmo, wars, tax cuts, stimulus and tarp is it fair to call Obama Bushs third term?

Hi There

Wow, I didn’t thing this blog was still here. I haven’t written here in a few years, because will I was busy. Trying to finish school and raise a family.

So as it is still here I guess I could pontificate here.
I read a head line yesterday, saying “why are the tea partiers patriots and the occupiers terrorists?” I be honest I didn’t read the article; mainly because it was written by someone I have to deal with and don’t want to fully understand their political lean. It would make family parties hard to get though than they already are.
Ok first off I don’t know anyone calling the occupiers terrorists, I have at most heard them called useful idiots. I think they fall in this category. The majority of the occupiers are trying to get a fairer life as they see it, but they are not terrorists.
But going with that meme, there are occupiers on you tube calling for a violent revolution. I have read a tweeting conversation where the occupier was stating that they would have to cut the heads off of a  few white kids and the rest would fall in line. This is the same one that stated that they would have to break a few eggs. Now are these examples the whole of the protests? Perhaps not, but please show me where a tea partier called for beheadings? Or called for a French Revolution, a bloody revolution?
That the last count I heard there are something like 800 occupiers that have been arrested, how many Tea Partiers have been arrested?
They are calling for an even playing field, manly what I see is they don’t want to be held responsible for the decisions they have made.
I will just say this; I just graduated with my engineering degree. My tuition when up a year before anyone else, because engineers get good jobs right out of school. I don’t have student loans, because my family sacrificed and when through hell to be free of such loans.
Is it fair for someone that didn’t sacrifice and when in to debt for a philosophy degree to be forgiven of this loan? How is that fair to me? I am just asking because the occupiers seam to be all about themselves.
So back to the original question (one that could only be asked by someone with a liberal slant) No the occupiers are not terrorists but they do not represent the majority of the country. The Tea party does.
O and by the why, why would you go against the section of the country that believes in the second amendment? I feel that a violent revolution by these occupiers would be short.

Bounty on critters

I have to say I am sick of hearing after a robbery or something of that sort, where the victim declined to be one and fought back the police coming out and saying we are in favor of compliance to the robber. Like the one today the SLPD came out and stated we are in favor of compliance because you don’t know the motivation of the robber. You don’t know what they have on board, or what drug may be fueling it.
Ok the robber motivation is that he need or wants money and doesn’t want to work for it and knows that the rick factor in a robbery is low.
My question is why shouldn’t the robber be asking what is this victim, carrying and what will be do to me to stop me? This attitude by the police that the victim should be complaint just embolden the robbers, by verifying that eh risks are low for them.
I would love for the police come out and praise the clerk for defending themselves and stopping the crook. Publicly stating the that no charges will be filled against the clerk and really anyone the fight a robber or critter( borrowed term from the lawdog). This will raise the risk level for the critter and will possibly lower the frequency of the crime.
I keep hearing that there is nothing at work the is worth dying for, so I shouldn’t fight back. Well shouldn’t the critter be thinking this? Shouldn’t it be a larger danger for the critter to attack a law abiding citizen?
I’m for a bounty on any critter with a proven rap sheet and attempt of crime? I know I know this will lead to vigilantly, that is why the penalty for shooting someone not in the act of committing a crime will be treated like the critter shot. So is would be a fine line, but that would put the critters on notice.
Since the law only wants you to go along to be safe, well I don’t feel safe in a world were the critters are emboldened.

Tea Party

So I hope that you went to your local Tea Party. I have to say that I love name calling that comes from the left. They say that the tea parties are stupid and then proceed to blame Bush(their favorite past time). I just wonder if the have really looked at many of the disagreement a lot of the supports of the tea parties have with George Bush. It’s funny how they are really quite childish when someone takes their toys.
Anyway I have been reading the comments on KSL and I find It funny that they are talking about the flat tax and how it will not go through because it would be a tax increase on most people. I say to that no shit. When you have 40% of the people not paying taxes then any kind of tax change where everyone will have to pay taxes, their burden will increase. It’s hard not to increase when you start at zero. It’s kind of like when you have the top 15% (I think it is) paying 50% of the tax burden. Any tax cut will benefit them more. As stated it’s hard to cut zero percent.
Any way it’s time to speak up, conservatives have not had a voice for a long time. Regan was our great president, was he perfect, no but he is a lot better than anything that we have had for some time.
So anyway, speak up if you want your country to survive. America will survive but will not be powerhouse of the world, it would be more like Europe, which is really a second rate power.
I feel you can link that with the socialistic way it is run. anyway go to a Tea Party if you can.

Where is the tolerance?

So I was wondering, I just read an article written by Julie Limbaugh talking about her relationship with her cousin Rush. She apparently is a liberal, but anytime she tells someone her name she receives the ill of the left. She talks about how she had to avoid certain professors or her grade would have been lower because of her uncle, and how she wasn’t able to get a on a new flight after hers was canceled because the ticket agent was ”the biggest democrat “.
I just want to know why do I have to accept and come to the middle when the left will treat someone this badly, just because of her uncle? Where is the tolerance of all people I’m supposed to have, when the left well vilified one of their own because of her uncle?
I’m told often that the republicans will not accept you if you don’t act the way they want, and this is how they act.
I know that not all democrats are this way, but many of the leadership of the party is this way.
So I just ask the one question;
Where is the tolerance?

I do have some respect for her because inspite of everything she will continue to love her cousin.

So I’m listing to Doug talk about the situation with Senator Butters and talking to the minority leader.
She is saying that as an elected official should be held to a higher level or standard.
My question is does this apply to their president and his cabinet?

I know I don't post a lot but I do write small thought at work or at school.
So I figure that I will write the posts as I can and then post a bunch all at once.

So why the different standard?

So I’m listing to Hannity and it funny that he is getting chewed out by a lady because he doesn’t know anyone the make under 30 k a year, and that somehow his opinion about the “common man” and what they are going though is invalid because he is making money now.
So because he is making money now, he can’t understand what people that don’t have as much money are going though ?
So I think that it’s funny coming from someone that probably voted for Obama because he would help the middle class. So tell me how can someone that grew up in Hawaii and attended Harvard and then yes worked in the community but was able to buy a million dollar home can have such a good handle on the struggle of the middle and lower class?
How is it that a conservative that came from no money, but has money now doesn’t know how is like for the middle/lower class, but a democrat that came from no money but has money now can be compassionate to the middle/lower class or a Democrat that came from money can understand the middle/lower class?

Sick

So I have to say I am sick of hearing that the American people know about Obama and they wanted the way he would take the country.
Yet the zoggdy pole show that the ones that voted for o was fairly under informed. Manly because they only listed to CNN.
So don’t tell me that every one in America heard about everything or really a small part of O’s life and what is used to make a good judgment and still voted for him.
This was an election where the press decided what we should know and had an agenda. I know that some like Alex for the night side project dismisses that there is a bias, but I really don’t think that you can dismiss a report about the amount and the types of stories about the election unless that is your bias.

Patriotism

So I have got to ask, there are two cabinet members that Obama has appointed that have had tax problem, meaning they didn’t pay them. Joe Biden on the complain trail said that is it patriotic to pay taxes or to pay more taxes.
So does that mean we can question their patriotism?

But my question is you don’t like guns so how are you going to do this?
I mean you will want to target conservatives because everyone knows they are the one that want to kill the planet. The problem is conservatives are backed by the NRA, so they like guns, they own guns and are probably pretty good with them. So if you shoot at them they will definitely shoot back and I would bet they are better shoots. No wait that’s a good idea, your goal would be achieved; someone would die and reduce the amount of people on the planet. The bad news; you would probably be the one that would die.
Just let me know were your going to be doing this, I want to watch.
